For the past 2 days...
On Saturday, I went to watch fireworks at the Esplanade. Cos there was the National Day preview there and so there's fireworks! Talking about National Day, it's still about one week away. Sighs. Hope this week will pass quickly... Anyway, it's picture time! The parade reviewing officer's car being escorted to The Padang. Some tank. The floats which are the attractions at the National Parade as well as the Chingay Parade. Beautiful skyline. Unfortunately, this is the only picture I could get for the fireworks because... It's dark at that time and using night mood is way too laggy for taking pictures like this. Yes. I know need long shutter speed. But I don't have tripod. Like that how? SIMPLE!!! YOU TAKE VIDEOS!!! . . . . . . Video 1 (1.65 mb) Video 2 (151 kb) The videos are in 3gp format cos they are taken with the phone. Use Quicktime or RealPlayer to play them. Ok. Then on the way back, saw this guy. He was carrying this red light saber. Seems like the original one leh! The one which costs $400+? from Cineleisure Orchard. Very difficult to get some more pictures lah. All taken secretly one. Hahaaa... > > > > > > > > > > Today went out early in the morning with Joel to watch Stealth. Bloody nice movie man. The effects are wayyyy toooo coooool. Then after that Joel went to Nanyang to meet Timothy and Aaron to play ball. And a video was taken..... Video... again...(MUST SEE THIS ONE!!!) (1.4 mb) And again... In 3gp format. If you don't want to view the whole video, at least see the last 17 seconds of it (which is from 2:05 onwards)! Very funny!!! Sians... School tomorrow again.

Urmm...
Ok. So I took a long time to get this post up. Mainly because I was so busy during the pass few days and didn't have the time to blog. Firstly, there was the project which was to be done. I did so much and then the teacher decided to consider it a draft. WTF?! Then its the class-tests-which-never-seem-to-be-enough week. So I'm bombarded with the tests. Two tests yesterday, one today and one on Thursday. See, they never seem to end. And by the way, it's the second POA test this term already. I guess he's serious about having a test every fortnight? Anyway, look what I've got: Oh yeah. The japanese snack "Pocky". But this is different. It's Pocky GIANT. Haha... It's BIG. 21.5 cm. Big for a stick yeah? And heard that it's not available in Singapore??? Oh yeah. Only available in Japan. Okok. I should stop. I seem like some little kid getting so happy over some snack that isn't available locally. Joel Tan is sick. As in physically sick. *Get well soon*

Compare and contrast
From this: To this: You tell me lah! Which is better?! Was supposed to help Joel Tan to do the announcements one. Then I decided to add some images instead of text and text all the time. And in the end, which one got chosen? Visit the Webclub page for the answer...

Wallet on the table
And he is not beside it or anything. Think of the cash and the ATM card (which I happen to know the PIN) inside. How pro can he get?

What happened on Friday
As I mentioned in the previous post, we were allowed to wear our home clothes to school for that day. And it SURE feels weird. You dress up nicely when you wake up and you feel like you are going out with your friends. BUT you KNOW that you are going to SCHOOL and have never wake up so early JUST TO GO OUT WITH YOUR FRIENDS. Other than that, you just doesn't seem to fit on the bus. Every morning, you are in your school uniform and board the bus at the SAME bus stop around the SAME time with the few SAME people. But on this day, you are in your home clothes and those SAME few people keep giving you THAT stare. You look back at them and start going mad because you are wondering what they are thinking (what the hell is he doing in his home clothes? Shouldn't he be going to school?). And when you board the bus, everyone sort of look at you and keep thinking what is a 15 year old guy doing in his home clothes on a Friday morning in a bus. "Isn't he the guy I see everyday while going to school? Shouldn't he be in school uniform then?" ~quickly checks date and day~ "It's a Friday alright. And there's school..." ~then they quickly give you THAT look and somehow makes you go mad.~ Oh well. Anyway, no one was really intersted in lessons on Friday. Actually, what's the point of having lessons at all when you only have 3 periods? So i suggest that if the school decide to organise these things again, might as well declare it as a school event (no lessons). Look what I've found in my OTHER mailbox: Too bad I have watched Fantastic 4 already. Well, I am willing to give it to anybody. BUT you can ONLY redeem it at Singapore Post Centre (which is opposite Paya Lebar MRT station). And redemption starts 10am on 17 July (tomorrow). So in order to be the first 100 there, you may need to queue up early. And if you want to get this mailer from me (you need it in order to redeem the movie pass), you have to be EARLIER. So I guess you would rather pay the full price of a movie ticket rather than go through all this trouble. Unless you are a real cheapskate.

*upadated* Racial Harmony Day tomorrow
Ok. There's racial harmony day tomorrow and we are allowed to wear our home clothes. I've thought about wearing this: Ok. Just a t-shirt with the alphabets on it. Nothing seems to be wrong right? Take a closer look at my initials on the shirt: S Z J H Then again, it's better not to wear it to school. =) *update* Ok. Decided to do a little update as I wrote this post in a hurry just now. Anyway, I wasn't the one who bought this t-shirt. Timothy got it for me for my birthday. And until now, I have not wore it once. It's not because I don't like it, but its a little small and there is no right occasion to wear it (one good example is what to wear for tomorrow). I also just realised how light my back is for tomorrow. Guess no one would be in the mood to study tomorrow anyway. Oh well, it's kinda late and I'm tired. So it will end here. Bye. Good night.

Hmm...
It's been over a week since I last updated. Just kind of busy this week and all the homework is pouring in. Not forgetting all the holiday homework which I did not finish. Nothing much happened this week. Just that everyday is homework day. There's the chinese book review, 2 chapters of chinese, D&T Image Board and Maths to finish. I'm dead. THINGS YOU DIDN'T KNOW YOU DIDN'T KNOW Did you know... It is impossible to lick your elbow. A crocodile can't stick its tongue out. A shrimp's heart is in its head. It is physically impossible for pigs to look up into the sky. More than 50% of the people in the world have never made or received a telephone call. Horses can't vomit. The "sixth sick sheik's sixth sheep's sick" is said to be the toughest tongue twister in the English language. If you sneeze too hard, you can fracture a rib. If you try to suppress a sneeze, you can rupture a blood vessel in your head or neck and die. If you keep your eyes open by force, they can pop out. Rats multiply so quickly that in 18 months, two rats could have over a million descendants. Wearing headphones for just an hour will increase the bacteria in your ear by 700 times. A duck's quack doesn't echo, and no one knows why. Most lipstick contains fish scales. Like fingerprints, everyone's tongue print is different. Over 75% of people who read this will try to lick their elbow. :)

TGIF!!!!
Oh yeees its finally a Friday. The week just seemed to pass by quite fast. And this is going to be a long weekend. Whoo hoo! But there is just one problem: I'm broke and therefore I'm stuck at home. It's kinda depressing and torturing when you don't have money. You want to go out. But you just walk around aimlessly and you can do nothing cos everything needs money. Unless I'm out on a date then it would be a different story cos no need money also can have fun. :) I'm having Edwin's N-gage and his bluetooth headset now. How I wish I could sell it and do something with the cash. But I WON'T. If not next time he don't lend me anything how? I must wait until he lends me his pocket pc then go sell it. Can get more cash that way. Anyway, after I reached home, I went straight to bed and woke up at 8:45. How shiok. Can finally sleep late today and no need to wake up early. * I decided not to take any chances and copied the entire post to Notepad first before I post it. And indeed, Blogger screwed up! Hahaha. Lucky me. *
